One of our main concerns in Hanoi was noise isolation, but here we were able to sleep peacefully without any issues. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. A very special mention to Eden, whose attention and dedication were extraordinary. He and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed not only our stay but also our experience in Hanoi overall. Danny helps us arrange the tour and keep’s communicating with us during the tour. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town. We were able to reach many landmarks and local restaurants by walking The hotel is decorated with local paintings and I just love their style :)
