They were always very helpful with anything. Staff were very welcoming and friendly I had a 9 night stay so got to know them a little better. They were happy to have a conversation and a laugh which also added value to my stay in beautiful Da Lat. The location is great very close to many local cafes and restaurants and the main street, easy walk to the lake. I was happy with my stay and would recommend Vespa hotel as a comfortable and affordable stay. You can also hire a scooter if you choose.

Beautiful hotel made up of approx. 17 villas with varying amounts of rooms in each villa, with each room slightly different. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, breakfast was nice but could have had a few more options. Afternoon tea was a nice additional extra. The staff were all exceptional, all very friendly and always very helpful but at the same time very discrete.
