The hotel's facilities were modern and comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service I received from the staff, especially the receptionist, Donica. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Donica, and the entire team at Margo Hotel for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prishtina.

The room is spacious. the bathroom big with air dryer. Light activated by movement sensor in bathroom and hall. The hotel provides wonderful kit of toothpaste and toothbrush very helpful to light traveling. The room was clean note to put the sign for room cleaning. Breakfast was wonderful. Located 12 minutes walk from city center. Parking available at hotel front free of charge no booking needed. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel.

At first, the location seemed a bit far (since I walked from the bus station), but I soon realized it was actually quite central, making it very easy to explore the city. I absolutely loved Pristina and would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for everything!
