Perched on top of the cliffs overlooking Hermanus’s Walker Bay, The Marine offers first-class splendour and elegance and a spectacular seascape, with imposing views extending across Western Capes... The rooms were great; the food was excellent and we really enjoyed our afternoon tea at the hotel.

Every single thing! The attention to detail, the design, the hospitality, the views, the amenities, literally everything was exceptional. To top it off there were zebras in the estate too! But in all honesty, it was the nicest hotel / lodge I have ever stayed at. Pichy and Bjorn have honestly thought of it all and it honestly goes to show. The food, the experiences and their communication was 11/10. I would recommend Pure Sea Boutique Lodge to all. I really do hope that I will be back !

The host was there to receive us on arrival. The place was very comfortable and kept warm in the cold weather. Location was very good, very close to main areas of Hermanus.

The view, the dogs, the swimming pool, the privacy,the absence of noisy children or music, the peace, the location, the coffee machine, the patio, the shower...Basically everything!

Roxanne, chef and staff were incredible! The views was beautiful and was so lovely to walk and run to the beach. Food was the best food we have had in SA. Partners birthday and cake and balloons were there on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble!

We stayed here as a group ahead of a wedding. We all felt very safe and secure. Alan and the staff provided a very homely feel and were super attentive and couldn’t do more for us. Beautiful location. Clean rooms and very good facilities well equipped with everything we needed.

Located in Hermanus, 7 on Marine is a only a few steps away from the seafront. The guest house boasts a hot tub and sauna. Free WiFi is available. Beautifull facility, great view on the ocean.
