I have to admit that this hotel exceed our expectations with the attention to the details and constant overdelivery. The culture in the team has to be really good as they handled the daily task with joy and high level of professionalism. Franz at the check in upgraded our stay with complementary lunch and dinner. Sheryl offered (without us asking) late check out until 16:00. When I asked them they why are they constantly overdeliver, they simply replied "we want our guests to really feel good here and we offer extras if there is availability for that". Our room was serviced sometimes twice a day, preparing for day and preparing for night. Other positive things: amassing view from the room to Marina, good breakfast, good atmosphere at the pool, car valet etc. no wonder why the rating is above 9 on Booking.
