Always greeted with a smile by the helpful and friendly staff. They were so lovely. The room was very spacious, bathroom was large and clean. Housekeeping was conducted everyday. In the room, there were Tea, Coffee and Water on a daily basis. The location was excellent walking distance to most of the attractions, Underground City shopping malls and Restaurants, The Darlington Restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly.

Location was great and staff is amazing! Hotel is clean, rooms are clean. I've stayed there a couple of times for work and i will continue staying there! :)

Very clean, great staff, great room, very clean. I have no complaints about this hotel for my short stay. The check in and check out was effortless and I only stayed for one night so I didn't have time to check out the areas or amenities.

    Great location. Most places walkable from here. The Metro station is right next door. The staff are exceptional. A special thankyou to Alisha in Housekeeping and Jad and Bernando from the front desk. We left our passports in the room and left for Toronto. When we realised - the above staff went out of their way to secure the documents and even drove 5 hours all the way to Toronto to safely deliver them to us. They are a credit to the Marriott Hotel.
