Trinidad and TobagoEverything was excellent. The rooms were clean and exceedingly comfortable. The rooms were totally sound proof and even with all the street noise and activity and fireworks on New Year’s Eve and a DJ playing music in the lobby bar there was absolutely no disturbance in the rooms. I totally loved this about the rooms. Breakfast was amazing!! There was nothing anyone wanted that wasn’t in the buffet or available by the chefs. Staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. Location was just brilliant for shopping, important sights and monuments and restaurants, cafes, etc.

Aside from the nice hotel room and very good facilities, i would like to compliment the Employees.
Checked in early, without any problem or hassle. Check out was also smooth. The staffs communicated well, very respectful and catered our request without any hesitation.
