A superb location, with comfy beds and delicious food. We visited for a concert at the Accor Arena, and the hotel was super convenient, just a short stroll from the venue. By the way, the staff are excellent – friendly and helpful while remaining utterly professional.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and a good size. Enjoyed having a balcony. Loved the location which was central to everything. Very much appreciated the special gift from the hotel in recognition of celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary!

Some staff were not very friendly. Needed more bar staff when big groups are booked in, service very slow and one staff did not know how to pour a wine.

Lovely clean hotel and the rooms were bigger than most in Paris. The facilities were good and all the staff we met were very helpful and nice. The night staff were exceptionally helpful and served us drink after the concert.
