I loved the location. Has a good breakfast variety and a good hotel bar. Not far from O2 and in a nice neighbourhood. A short distance from nice restaurants, cafés and bars. Also short distance from the tube and mall and even fun activities. Loved the buildings around and other surroundings.

the hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, they changed towels every day. the location is good, 5 stops from the center of London on tube from Kilburn park station. there’s starbucks , primark and tesco next to the hotel.

Between two main parks, near Oxford and Piccadilly streets, close to Palace. Convenient drive in, tasty a la carte breakfast, clean rooms, all works. We have had 2 double beds for me, spouse and two kids. Not much hotels offer this kind of accommodation.

From the moment we booked till we got home, the staff made immense effort to make us, and especially my 6 year old son special. They helped us with upgrading and getting a perfect room for a family of 4, with wonderful views of the big ben, added parts of their VIK (very important kid) package and a teddy that waited for us upon check in. The boys were greeted with balloons and jelly cart upon arrival and we had drawing materials left in the room upon our request. This place while luxurious doesn't make you feel out of place as a family, which is always a gentle balance that they got just right. Location is perfect and within walking distance from most things. Highly recommend this and we will definitely be back.
