Marriott Hotels in Mumbai

We live in spain and travel regularly visiting friends and family.For us this is the best spot to be.Staff are very helpful & we are very comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing. It had european, healthy and indian options. Really tasty and big. The food was the best part of this hotel.

Service staff is exceptional. I guess all the points will be for the staff of the hotel. Kirti accommodated our requests so well. Especially with children, everything is urgent and important and buffet restaurant staff ( the whole team) took care of us very well.

First and foremost, the exceptional service of the Duty Manager - Swami and his entire team..The consistency in following up and assuring things would be taken care of and ensuring it was done, is what was a game changer... There was some incorrect information on Booking.com with regards to the room that we booked. Upon addressing this to the staff, I would like to mention how this was verified and handled by the staff.. Our stay was made very comfortable and I would most definitely recommend this to my family and friends.. Our special thanks to Swami and his team - Anupam, Aditya and the rest of the team. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager - Mukesh Yadav and his staff Prashant, Daniel, Sohail, Vikram and rest of the team. The housekeeping staff had done a great job decorating the room for a special occasion. The F & B team, helped with customisations of some meal requests too... Appreciate the effort.
