Warm welcoming and professional service from all but especially Mr.Subham he deserve special thanks and sincere gratitude for all his efforts.

The breakfast was amazing. It had european, healthy and indian options. Really tasty and big. The food was the best part of this hotel.

First, each time I arrive I am greeted by Siddesh at the airport. This time he went the extra mile after I arrived earlier than expected and on a different flight than first advised to the hotel to arrange the pick-up. Siddesh made sure that a ride was facilitated as soon as possible, and after a long flight that was really appreciated. Siddesh is always consistent in his care and consideration, and it is well appreciated. Again on this trip we were really well looked after by Sayani – who seemed to be everywhere and ensuring people had everything they needed – Faizan, who assisted my colleague in enjoying one of his famous ‘mocktails’, tailored to suit the taste of the recipient, and Mamta who made out stay in the club lounge all the more enjoyable by interacting in a professional but still friendly way. She really is fearless, and her genuine manner and sense of humour suits us. We were also really fortunate to be taken care of in the mornings for breakfast by Tanvi and Aditi who recognises the value of customer relationships and ensuring guests are well looked after. Also, once again the charismatic Kaushaul visited our table and we got to continue our conversation on cricket! He has always made sure that we are well taken care of and have all we could ask for.

First and foremost, the exceptional service of the Duty Manager - Swami and his entire team..The consistency in following up and assuring things would be taken care of and ensuring it was done, is what was a game changer... There was some incorrect information on Booking.com with regards to the room that we booked. Upon addressing this to the staff, I would like to mention how this was verified and handled by the staff.. Our stay was made very comfortable and I would most definitely recommend this to my family and friends.. Our special thanks to Swami and his team - Anupam, Aditya and the rest of the team. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager - Mukesh Yadav and his staff Prashant, Daniel, Sohail, Vikram and rest of the team. The housekeeping staff had done a great job decorating the room for a special occasion. The F & B team, helped with customisations of some meal requests too... Appreciate the effort.
