Excellent Location (above Sakaisuji-Hommachi station, Osaka Metro, Exit 8). Just at the outskirt of Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street and near Dotonbori, Kuromon Market. Staff are well proficient in English. Check-in and Check-out are fast. Room and King-Bed(and pillows) are excellent (Air-con was adjustable). Wall sockets are all Japan-two-holes (No UK's). I got room 813 which was facing the expressway - No issue with the noise. Wi-Fi was excellent. Laundry room was DIY (300 yen to wash and Dryer was 100 yen for 15 mins, all coins). Gym is just Tap-your-card to enter. Breakfast was good (The food will be same unless they changed). One huge 7-Eleven nearby.

    We have a great experience… Rooms are so clean in fact spotless … Service is excellent… everything is working … very quiet … they give u clean PJs and slippers… the toilettries are lovely … location is super next to Shin-Osaka station … there are plenty of shops and restaurants… A lovely 7/11 and other pantries… very convenient … it is better than the Marriott in Qatar and in London … Special thanks 👍🏻to the housekeeping team Haneda, Fujimoto and Veda 🌼

    I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Osaka Honmachi, and it was a very nice hotel. The metro lines, including the Metro Chuo Line and Metro Sakaisuji Line, were incredibly close, just 8-10 steps away. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again soon.
