The hotel was so nice! I loved that there was direct access to the department store right below the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed with our young boys (3 and 1) and they loved the hotel also. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We contacted them with questions before our trip and they always replied with in-depth and helpful replies. When we were there there they always greeted us with a smile and was so kind to our children. The location is also fantastic and close to many wonderful markets. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Seoul!

The hotel has a very good location, it’s situated at Times Square and has direct access to the Times Square Mall which is VERY convenient for some shopping. It’s also very close to LOTTE Department store pretty much across the street which is also very convenient. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice and courteous to the point that when most of them came to my room to deliver room service or fix something, they actually took their shoes off outside of the door which I found to be incredibly respectful and have not seen that in pretty much any hotel. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful i my requirements and in calling a cab I would DEFINITELY stay here again the next one I’m in Seoul

For me, it was a first being in Pangyo area. Loved the view (need room w/ view) of the river and pedestrian bridge. Very open. Lots of food choices downstairs with great coffee & bakery options right at the bottom of the hotel. Close to the subway. Great room staff with room service (for extra water bottles), concierge (to call taxi), and front desk (they extended my stay in the same room when I needed to add a few days),
