Although we hadn't requested any special decorations, the customer service team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a stunning handwritten congratulations card, accompanied by a delectable cake, delicate rose petals scattered across the bed, and a charming heart-shaped towel, all provided complimentary.
Every detail was meticulously attended to from the moment we arrived until our check-out, making us feel truly cherished. The arrival process was seamless, and the staff exuded warmth and hospitality throughout our stay.
This exceptional experience has left an indelible mark on our perception of the Marriott brand. We are overjoyed to have chosen Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort for our anniversary celebration, knowing that they consistently deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments.

The rooms were comfortable, however, we had one near the elevator so had noise from both the guests in the hallway and the music playing outside by the roundabout.
