I like the reception desk staff and how much nice they were . I like the breakfast buffet much food variety , and the stuff especially Mr. Ertuğrul . The house keeping lady in 24th floor. Everyone were nice and helpful

Wonderful hotel, big shoutout to the concierge and reception staff, they really are the kindest and make you feel extremely welcome. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Istanbul.
