The view of my room was very nice, however, I had stayed here before and remembered the view very different, I think they have remodeled the rooms after the pandemic which it is very good. Good stuff, very good attention. I will definitely be back

The staff was super friendly. We checked in after midnight and the guy at the front desk was beyond politeness and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. At the checkout Jayson, front desk, was very helpful in multiple requests we had and super welcoming too. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, totally recommend.

Hospitality of Front desk (Dea & Rafael) was outstanding. We pop-in during night (after we lost booked apartment) and they did awesome job and help us to get accommodation even the Hotel was fully booked. I can’t thank them enough for all help during the whole week. They should be synonyms for hospitality. For breakfast Isabella and Marcela will serve you with pleasure with morning wishes. And kitchen Chef Pierre will adjust your order by your wish.
