I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. The JW Marriot in New Orleans is absolutely amazing. All the staff are so nice and helpful. the concierge facility is lovely and always well stocked, great place to grab a drink or bit to eat and kept spotlessly. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfy. Bathroom has luxurious shampoo, soap etc. Big shout out to all the staff, cleaners who were very friendly and obliging, porters who really nice and genuine and went out of their way even to open doors for guests, reception staff who cared and always greeted you with a smile. Heather the food and beverage manager is an absolute asset to this hotel, so nice from day one and a real people person who knows what service is all about. Left us a lovely gift in our room for our anniversary which we really appreciated, so thank you so much, you made our stay.

Great stay in a very convenient location, close to Bourbon Street, yet very quiet. Spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Definitely the best choice in New Orleans!
