I was glad for valet parking at check-in. That area is impossible to park on your own, and the valet service gentleman was great about explaining how to get to the hotel parking after key pick-up. From the moment we arrived, your staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. A special thanks to Niti and the receptionist (forgot the name) for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was amazing as I didn’t expect they decorated the room as requested, amenities were excellent specially their bar (Velocity) we had so much fun, and every interaction with the team was warm and helpful.
