Apartment was big and restaurant's food is awesome. Parking is on the street, no issue with finding a spot. AC was just in the living room - if hot, a bit uncomfortable sleeping. When we do a trip to visit that area of Bulgaria, this is the place we'll stay at.

Bulgarians are at the highest level when it comes to service and hospitality in Balkans. And they tend to level up!

Wonderful,spacious,very clean and nicely decorated apartment,right on the edge of the central part of the town.It comes with a parking space which is really handy,the host was very nice and accommodating.Location is great,close to all the nice places worth visiting,restaurants and cafes round the corner.Do not hesitate to visit Blagoevgrad as it is one of the most beautiful towns in Bulgaria,enjoy.

Absolutely great place to rest if you traveling trough Bulgaria. Very close to the Greek border. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets. The owners are absolutely amazing we had a issue with our cars air conditioning and the owner personally took the boys to a mechanic shop to fix it. We asked for coffee in the morning and they made the most delicious latte and espresso for everyone and told us it’s on the house we don’t need to pay. The classiest hotel I've stayed in! If you're looking for tranquility and luxury, this is the place for you. Spotlessly clean! You'll be constantly spoilt by the friendliest, most respectful, and polite multilingual staff I've ever encountered.There are many things to say, but they are not enough to express my appreciation as I had a truly high-class experience! Very authentic and interesting experience staying in a typical bulgarian neighbourhood. Good views. The apartment was great, had everything you could need for a nice stay. Very comfortable and clean. Everything was just fine.

Location is pretty good in the centre of Bansko. Shower was good as always in Bulgaria.

I've stayed here 3 times now in 4 different apartments (one bedroom and double room). I think they're great value for money and I really like the two people who manage and clean the apartments. They make me want to speak Bulgarian! 9 out of 10 as nothing is perfect but I'd happily stay again and recommend this place in Bansko. The balconies have great views too.

The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Thank you, guys, for your hospitality ❤️
