The host was extremely friendly and nice. Usually whenever we travel I ask if the hosts can have a rose waiting for my wife and usually in Bulgaria I just get blown off, this host was more than happy to help me out. Room was impeccably clean.

Modern clean Swiss like chalet property in the middle of the Bulgarian mountains and forest, a dream destination. Highly recommended. The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

clean & new apartment definetly willing to stay again if I pass via Bulgaria with my family very well organized apartment & parking place close to a supermarket

It was a traditional,authentic Bulgarian house .İt was clean ,cute and peaceful.I felt like that ı was in my grandmum's house.The bed sheets were a little bit small,they can be wider and the beds need towel bed cover,in this way sleeping will make you feel more comfortable and hygenic.Anyway we woke up peacefully.The owners were so sympahatetic The breakfast was delicious.We thank.It was a nice accomodation for us.

Everything, we arrived late in the night but were still Accommodated without issues. The room had everything! They even thought to have some cooking oil, salt and vinegar (we did not need any) but it was amazing that they thought that far for their guests. The host and hostess were so pleasant even when their English wasn’t very good and our Bulgarian was non existent. All in all, awesome experience. I’d stay here again if I come to the city of Valigrad again.

New, clean and cozy hotel. Spa is probably the best in Bulgaria. But all good stuffs over here.

The staff of hotel was very nice and helpful especially the man on the reception. The food in the restaurant was delicious ( traditional Bulgarian food). I recommend to book breakfast and dinner together it's totally worth it . The hotel provides towels, bathrobes and slippers. There was a huge diversity of relaxing choices( sauna , steam room ,ice room ,pools etc .). The room was fine with a small balcony and view to the mountains.

This was the best value for money during my entire trip to North Macedonia and Bulgaria. The location also was perfect for me; it all depends what you require for a location. Extremly clean and comfortable room with very nice decorations here and there to make you feel like at home. I would definitely come here again.
