My business was at the airport and this hotel was very nice and convenient. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, all the cocktails are fantastic as was the pork chop.

Downtown Calgary is very walkable and the Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown (CbMCD) is located within walking distance of pretty much everything - the Peace Bridge, the riverwalk, Calgary Tower, Studio Bell National Music Center, and tons of shopping. We arrived by car from Banff and navigating to the hotel was easy. There is a parking lot directly adjacent to the facility, and a few more nearby. It's not cheap during the week but weekend rates are quite reasonable. As is our experience at almost every Marriott we stay at, the service was outstanding, from the moment we entered the lobby to the time we checked out. The room was super quiet and comfortable, featuring a combination sofa / chaise lounge which we now wish every hotel offered. Everything was clean and up-to-date, and although we didn't use it, the fitness room was next level comprehensive, clean and modern. CbMCD wasn't the least expensive hotel available that weekend, but the value for money was undeniable.

The hotel has a barbecue and an indoor pool. The location is very nice for the first timers like us, as it was close to groceries and more. And their breakfast was very good too.

The staff are great --- always smiling and being actually very helpful, and the service is great!

With free bikes, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features an indoor pool, hot tub and room service. Everybody was very helpful and friendly, and the food at the restaurant is quite good, I was impressed.

The Saddledome and Stampede Grounds, an entertainment venue, is a 5 minute drive from the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel. Devonian Gardens is less than 1 km away. Beautiful room right in the centre of town. Everything was excellent, I could find no fault at all. The staff were so helpful nothing was a bother. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Calgary.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Edmonton Sherwood Park is set in Sherwood Park, within 17 km of Shaw Conference Centre and 21 km of University of Alberta. The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. West Edmonton Mall is 30 km away and Lancaster Park Golf Course is 23 km from the hotel. Excellent location and comfortable beds. We rented a 2 bedroom suite and it had everything we needed. Front desk staff Ivan and Glenna were friendly, efficient and great ambassadors for Marriott.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub and a concierge service. We were visiting the Canadian Rockies with another couple. Our stays included Radium Hot Springs, Canmore, Red Deer, Jasper, and Golden. The stays in Radium Hot Springs and Golden were in condominium/town house type properties (not comparable). The Marriott in Red Deer was our favorite compared to the other three. It was fantastic!
