The breakfasts were very good. Christmas breakfast with the side table of cheeses and tasty cakes and champagne was exceptionally welcome! The breakfast staff was friendly and conscientious, especially the young woman with the long braid and beautiful smile! The registration staff was also friendly, efficient and helpful.

This hotel is amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, great view and location. Coffee machine in the lobby is good. I have stayed at a few hotels in Tofino; this is the one I have stayed at twice and will always book here.

Views! Restaurant on-site. Friendly staff. Expeditions center (though we didn’t end up using it). Close to town.

Registration was easy even though the desk is in a different building than the rooms.

This little place truly exceeded my expectations! It definitely elevated our experience of Campbell River overall. Staff was very nice, we had a view on the sea and the standard of the hotel matched any you might expect from Hilton, Marriott or other chains of the type but without the price gouging.

Clean room. The attendant was extremely helpful in getting us registered and paid while still on the ferry. Fairly quiet for being right off the highway.
