The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Location was in excellent proximity to the Import Export Hall which made is very simple to access. We were upgraded to a suite which was the best room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was excellent with multiple options for all culinary tastes and was very large to easy to find a table. I especially liked the omelette station. Coffee machines had average coffee. Premises were very nice and clean and the views out across the city from the higher floors were amazing. I also thought the amenities provided in the bathroom were very good with toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush and a variety of other articles provided. The bath in my room was amazing and a good size. Potable water replenished each day was also very good. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and provision of a steam iron and ironing board in the dressing area was well received.

I love everything about this hotel 1. Location: very serene and beautiful neighborhood. A train station is just right outside the hotel which made it very easy for me to move around. 2. Staff90% of the staff speaks English and are very friendly. I had a very warm experience with one porter name Xilo if I get the name correctly, he made me felt so welcome as he walked me to my room. It offers a 24-hour health centre and an indoor pool. Excellent Hotel, the location was great and the staff cleaning the rooms are so thoughtful and thorough. We always found the room totally transformed every time we returned with thoughtful gestures. Will always recommend this Hotel to friends and colleagues!
