The breakfast was good with lots of different options. Bed was comfortable and functional, like all Moxy rooms. Even though it was close to a train station it was very quiet.

The staff are all very kind, professional and helpful! I only stay in the Marriott Heidelberg when we are in Germany.

Property from the outside doesn't look that attractive, but inside it is up to standard of a Marriott.

The hotel is perfection, from design until digitalised registration. It gives you spa access. Rooms are very well done with attention to every detail. I liked the choices of cosmetics for shower. Welcome drinks was very timely. It is super fun to have a swing in the room. We honestly did not want to leave. We hope to come back for another relaxing weekend.

Breakfast was great - English tea was available, few hotels now have it. Location excellent across the road from the Main Station (I travelled by train. The Opera House was a short walk away, which I visited, and also the Tourist office and sightseeing bus round round the corner.

The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful Black Forest, providing a serene and picturesque environment. The hotel facilities, including the spa and wellness center, were top-notch and contributed significantly to our relaxation and enjoyment.
