Standing on Park Lane in Mayfair, this excellently located landmark hotel is perfect for Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shopping on Oxford Street, and West End glamour. Of course the front desk staff ( Anna, Gabrielle) very sweet staff and helpful. Also the room service crew especially Mrs. Sharifa, I appreciate her efforts and her crew.

This magnificent 5-star hotel offers luxurious air-conditioned rooms in London's West End. Guests can dine at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, and use the on-site gym. First of all, straight away from the receptionists were very welcoming and nice and helpful, it’s my second time here and definitely won’t be the last.
