This hotel has a lot of character and fits Marriott's standards well. The rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel is extremely clean. The hotel location was ideal, with tram, metro, and bus stations in the direct surroundings. I also appreciated the flexibility demonstrated by the hotel staff. We had to shorten our stay and leave one day earlier for London. They accommodated my demand with no additional charges—a pleasant experience.

Ann-Maria on check out was great! We opt to stay at the Park Regis for the location and convenience during business or family visits. The room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel previously and was so impressed I stayed again. Park Regis is consistently impressive. Highly recommended. The hotel entrance is well presented. Beverages on arrival with plenty of seating was much appreciated. Rainfall shower with top brand fragranced gel included. Room spacious and tastefully decorated. On site bookable spa.

Room is clean, and the register person is kind and friendly

Having stayed at a few hotels recently for business, I was very impressed with the standard of breakfast. Way above your average. Staff were very friendly and helpful. facilities were first class and a really opulent feel to the furniture etc

Poor breakfast. We ended up with a parking fine due to reception staff misinforming us. We put registration 8n and offered payment and was told by receptionist you don't need to pay and promptly took our parking ticket off us. We assumed due to ongoing work payments for parking were not being taken.

Room was spacious and very comfortable Great Air con Lovely ensuite The wonderful staff were very caring as I had to travel to register my mother's death at the nearby registry office. General Environs at Mailbox and Canal area, very friendly and safe with access to cinema and good eateries and very convenient parking with Q beneath the hotel .

Very spacious and the beds are so comfy! Really enjoyed just spending time in my room to relax. Staff where very lovely with checking me in and out and when one of my key cards wasn’t working (which happens all the time at loads of hotels so i’m not putting it down as a negative here) The lobby and bar area is gorgeous and the Moxy is within good walking distance to the NEC and Resorts world and the Hilton
