An amazing lodge nestled in nature. Remember, this is not a hotel. There are only four rooms. So here you find peace and nature. There is a plantation walk in the morning. After that it is up to you. Read a book. Sit by the pool. Or take an expedition to one of the many nature spots nearby. The staff gave helpful suggestions, and arranged someone to drive us.

Spacious, well cleaned rooms. It is always refreshing to have ample space to relax and move around comfortably, especially when combined with cleanliness, which contributes to a sense of comfort and peace of mind. A well-maintained environment

great staff - nursing you - very, very sweet! very attentive, helpful, anticipating any of requests. good food - much, much better than any restaurant / cafe around. we had Villa with a private pool - very intimate and not disturbing. good cleaning, yet takes up to 2 hours)) they don’t rush indeed). massage and Ayurveda treatment masters are experienced and contributed to our total rejuvenation during 1 week stay.

Shanthi Residency's prime location was a standout feature, providing easy access to the town. The presence of a good restaurant on the ground floor and secure underground parking with a vigilant guard added convenience to my stay. The receptionists were welcoming, and the overall friendliness of the staff contributed positively to the atmosphere.

Without doubt, Back to Roots is a jewel in the crown of Kerela. We were welcomed by gracious staff who managed our stay with charm and thoughtfulness. Food was a delight, the serene, natural environment and ambience all contributed to a restful, memorable, restorative and enjoyable stay.

Exceptional service - Best staff award should go to Mr. Utsah. He went above and beyond to keep us happy. He and his team (Mr. Avinash and Nikhil) were also exceptional. We have been to many Marriott hotels around the world and I have to say Cochin Marriott's service has been the best. Rooms were great, spectacular city views, top cleanliness, magnificent breakfast buffet and seamless checkin/checkout process. Will come back in few months 😊😊
