Good location and close to Pune city, breakfast was excellent, staff went out of the way to make us comfortable. Kids play area was a bonus. The suite was very comfortable and spacious.

This time he went the extra mile after I arrived earlier than expected and on a different flight than first advised to the hotel to arrange the pick-up. Siddesh made sure that a ride was facilitated as soon as possible, and after a long flight that was really appreciated. Siddesh is always consistent in his care and consideration, and it is well appreciated. Again on this trip we were really well looked after by Sayani – who seemed to be everywhere and ensuring people had everything they needed – Faizan, who assisted my colleague in enjoying one of his famous ‘mocktails’, tailored to suit the taste of the recipient, and Mamta who made out stay in the club lounge all the more enjoyable by interacting in a professional but still friendly way. She really is fearless, and her genuine manner and sense of humour suits us. We were also really fortunate to be taken care of in the mornings for breakfast by Tanvi and Aditi who recognises the value of customer relationships and ensuring guests are well looked after. Also, once again the charismatic Kaushaul visited our table and we got to continue our conversation on cricket! He has always made sure that we are well taken care of and have all we could ask for.

The accommodation provides a concierge service, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. from our arrival we were taken very good care by Ashish at reception accompanied by a cold drink. room was spotless and spacious. breakfast is great. we had a la cart business dinner the chef himself came to our table to take our special requests due to food restrictions. staff all along the stay was extremely nice, efficient and attentive always with a smile. today May13, 2025 morning, we had a last minute change in our meetings so we had to stay at the hotel till our flight. the duty manager whom I forgot his name, allowed us extended stay with no extra charge. we really appreciate the gesture. we took massage package which was exquisite. Ms. Lamanui who was my masses, was just Devine. thank you. all and all our stay at Marriott Navi Mumbai was a great accord to our business visit to Mumbai.
