Marvelous staff. The best Marriot service I have. It is my third time and won’t stay in another hotel in Mumbai.

Guestrooms are luxurious and offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The place was spacious and beautiful. The food was amazing - so much variety and delicious! For me the best part was the service. The staff were soooo friendly and helpful from the security guard to the head chef. They are also determined to have the customer have the best experience. So if you give an 8/10, they are not happy :D It was a vast luxurious hotel, but it felt homely.

We believe this was best that ever could happen to us! He was so attentive and caring always giving us best information about hotspots and driving very carefully through heavy traffic. We felt safe and secure during the whole trip. If you ever want to do a similar journey, definitely ask for Sunil Tiwari!!!!

The accommodation provides a concierge service, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. from our arrival we were taken very good care by Ashish at reception accompanied by a cold drink. room was spotless and spacious. breakfast is great. we had a la cart business dinner the chef himself came to our table to take our special requests due to food restrictions. staff all along the stay was extremely nice, efficient and attentive always with a smile. today May13, 2025 morning, we had a last minute change in our meetings so we had to stay at the hotel till our flight. the duty manager whom I forgot his name, allowed us extended stay with no extra charge. we really appreciate the gesture. we took massage package which was exquisite. Ms. Lamanui who was my masses, was just Devine. thank you. all and all our stay at Marriott Navi Mumbai was a great accord to our business visit to Mumbai.
