All staff we interacted with are polite, especially Ashit and Dharmendra. I liked their filtered coffee, and they made sure that I kept getting coffee!

Wi fi facility good and so is tea/ coffee provision. Side bars to hold in bathrooms. Complimentary newspaper. Taxi available on a call. No exorbitant rates quoted. Customer can write their views in the register outside restaurant. Mixed menu catering to all kinds of taste buds.

Slightly dated property, undergoing renovations. Comfortable rooms and excellent restaurants. Staff is courteous, if slightly inefficient, which I will attribute to lack of training. Centrally located with a mall next door that has a food court, so meals are never a problem.

Perfect hotel, all was very good. I liked it much more than Vivanta and Le Meridien by Marriott. The choice for breakfast might be better, but all the food was still good and anyone will find something to eat according to one's taste.
