Fantastic location, I had no issue reaching the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were quick to assist me when I had questions about the locale. Room was exceptionally comfortable, and I look forward to staying again.

Renovated in December 2016, Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba boasts natural hot spring baths and a renovated lobby, restaurant and guest rooms. Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good.

Karuizawa Marriott Hotel is located at a 15-minute drive from Karuizawa Station. The property boasts an open-air bath and hot springs bath that is designed after Shiraito Falls of Karuizawa. The onsen has a view of a waterfall and the water froze and turned into ice stalactite which looked very cool
