The rooms the food, the onsen the yakata comfortable dress inside the hotel all contributed to an amazing experience! We would definitely stay there again.

Good location and the fact that you can register on your own

Private onsen, thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was comfortable. Music through the hallways and the architecture contributed to feeling like an escape. They catered to vegetarian for breakfast.

Very modern hotel, close to Don Quijote, and Kawasaki Station. Very few hotels offer reclining beds and this one offers a nice private bath and shower. Staff is great, my Japanese is not the best but they did try to make effort to understand my requests and speak English.

Amazing hotel. Great location and views over the lake. Food was incredible and the massage, private Onsen, welcome drinks, complimentary kimonos and the hot bath on the balcony contributed to a fabulous stay.

Good location, but a bit confusing for non Japanese with a few hotels with similar name nearby of the same hotel group.

The proximity to Shin-Yokohama station was a good option. Being a BW Hotels Reward member, I got a better room for the same price. With a JR pass, I was able to take the Shinkansen to Tokyo station (15 minutes). The staff was very helpful in all enquiries.

Enoca is one of the few hotels where I saw the interest in the comfort of the client: renovated, clean, equipped with a microwave in the room, kettle, fridge, comfortable beds, enormous Tv, delicious breakfast, free drinks in the mornings, free parking.. Very friendly and helpful staff. The children liked it so much that they wanted us to come back. Usually, we don’t use to stay twice in the same hotel. We highly recommend Enoca hotel!❤️
