Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals. The room is comfortable and the staff is kind. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time if I visit Osaka.
