Beautiful onsen. Convenient shuttle bus. Quiet. Large traditional room. Signs of aging, but contributed to the historic traditional feel. I loved the Shoji screens opening up to a lovely garden view.

Amazing location and property. The person that welcomed us was very helpful and very nice, this guest house greatly contributed to an amazing stay in Fujiyoshida.

Good location, close to lake and sites that we wanted to visit. Three bedroom fit our party of 6. Washer in unit, parking close to entrance. Easy checkin if you complete the registration in advance. They just send you the lock box pin to enter and you put the key back when checking out.

The staff was great, very helpful. The breakfast was very good as well, and the coffee was amazing, real espresso. The room was very spacious and had a great view. It's one of the few hotels on the area that provide rooms with private bathroom and shower, and even comparing with hotels that dont provide that, the cost benefit is great.

Comfortable rooms with view on to the lake. The staff was very helpful and the buffet had a good variety of choices. They pick you up at the station when you arrive. If you don’t succeed to call the hotel, go to the tourist information centre and ask them to do the call, as there is a registered message in japaneese.

I like the host who was very courteous and warm. The breakfast was delicious just what I needed when traveling. The host Chris spoke English that was very helpful when registering or asking for locak information.

The staff are great. I had stayed here more than a year ago, and upon arrival, they remembered and greeted me warmly. The rooms are very clean, the linen felt fresh. Wifi was great - managed to conduct several zoom meetings with no problems. Having washing machines and dryers is a big plus for travelers doing longer journeys (very few hotels have this facility).

it was clean, and the room was spacious. Checkin was a breeze when you preregister and then use the tablet. Location was fantastic as it was 3 min from the train station and 10 min from lake Kawaguchiko.

Great location, truly ski in and out, the ski route down the mountain passes right infront of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, they looked really happy to be working there and that contributed greatly to the atmosphere. They also really didn't cheap out on the heating. The entire hotel, the rooms, the corridors, are all warm. The bar has a fireplace, and is very cozy. We also received 10% discount on ski rental from a shop, since the hotel has deal with them.
