The Aloft was great! Everything is fresh and new. The rooftop is great and was never busy when I was up there. There is a huge supermarket underneath which is really well stocked and a good place to buy breakfast if not included in your room price. The rooms are big and clean. Location is great as it's close to everything but set back a bit so not noisy at all. A really nice stay.

The food was excellent, really surprisingly good. Much better than an Aloft in the US. The staff service and attitude was superb throughout. In particular a shout out to Bryan in the bar/restaurant, who was excellent. Rooms, beds and sheets very comfortable.

Rooms are great! A lot of space, well distributed and well isolated from noise! Restaurants compared to other resorts were good quality. Beach is beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs, so you will always find one free. Service is great and staff is really kind, as usual in Mexico! They have a lot of options (different restaurants) for lunch and snacks, so the variety of things you can taste are not comparable! It is just amazing. Food overall is above good.

Very quiet building and a great location! The room was clean and very comfortable. I'll have to say that I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Cancún but this one was definitely the best so far!

Everything about our stay at the Westin Resort and Spa was wonderful. It's a beautiful property, extremely well maintained, and the service is exceelent. We were very pleased with the quality and selection in the restaurants, too.

The best hotel para stay in Cancun, very close to the principals streets, shoppings (Las Americas, La Plaza, La Isla) Chedraui, and a lot of others, staying in Fairfield you will avoid the intense traffic on the Coco Bongo street called Blvd. Kukulcan, the traffic here some times is heavy and very slow. The location of Fairfiled is good because you can drive to Playa Del Carmen, Tulum or Holbox, without passing trough this boulevard.

Very clean and wonderful staff. Close enough to walk to the terminal with Delta. Stayed one night and walked to the airport very early. Fun pool area.

amazing! the staff were incredible! Jesus at the Japanese restaurant (at the other Marriott hotel) the best waiter ever, please pass on that message that he was incredible!!!
