I always enjoy my stay at Aloft Muscat because the location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The room is spacious and impeccably clean, with modern amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. Additionally, the hotel’s breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the fitness center was well-equipped

Brackfast was westin style and Arabic. For indian nothing was there.

During my recent stay, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. The rooms and common areas were impeccably maintained, which contributed greatly to the comfort of my stay. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Ahmed from the reception. His professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made a significant positive impact on my experience at the hotel. Ahmed's excellent service truly stood out and was greatly appreciated.

The property lives up to a Marriott Sheraton property. Rooms were good, housekeeping was nice. I liked the restaurants with overflow seating into pool area. Check-in was smooth - Asst FOM Irshad Ahmad Khan was very hospitable & professional. So were the rest of the reception & bellhop team.

I appreciated various aspects of the City Center Hotel property, including the accommodating manager, Ms. Sylvia, who ensured our needs were met. The clean and well-appointed rooms, especially the junior suite with a jacuzzi, contributed to a relaxing stay. The overall ambiance, coupled with polite staff and superb hospitality, made our experience highly enjoyable. Looking forward to returning for more delightful stays.

Not much. It was a typical stay and nothing registers as outstanding. One thing I would like to see with other hotels is that this one provides 2 access keys for the room, one for each person.

New hotel … nice rooms … tasty food in restaurant … the staff was great … there is parking also in basement … good room price …. And that why Extended my stay for many days ! If you are in muscat go to aloft with no doubt !

W hotels always have that X factor and the w Muscat lived up to that reputation. with the best pool cabanas and setting of all the hotels visited on our Oman road trip. the Iftar buffets were also the best of the trip. hotel staff were friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know guests and help make your stay memorable. if you’re staying don’t forget to pop across the road and visit the opera house at night. stunning!!

It was a pure pleasure to stay in W hotel. It was perfect, pool and pool area were the best we have ever been (well designed), breakfast delicious, service great. We will definitely back to one of W hotels, and we usualy don't stay in the same hotel twice.
