We decided to come back on our return because we loved it. The location of the hotel is excellent and quiet. My family and I have enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere inside the hotel. We arrived and our room was not ready. However, the two gentlemen at the reception upgraded our room with no charge. We waited downstairs with the musical sound of the water fountain. It was quiet and relaxing. Then one of the receptionists came to us with a smile and and said that the director would like to offer us a free supper while our suite is being ready. An excellent customer service. It shows class and how much they care about their customers and their comfort. The restaurant manager is very welcoming and the food is yummy and excellent. The parking is available and our car was shaded.

There are 8 meeting rooms with meeting facilities and Wi-Fi available upon request. location was perfect, and so close to Diriyah. The hotel offered me free breakfast which was a generous gesture. overall all I had a very comfortable stay.
