Warm welcome from concierge and reception staff on arrival. Friendly staff with exceptional service and hospitality. This was the standard and consitency throughout our stay. Beautiful, luxurious and well designed and decorates from lobby, to the restaurants rooms, and restaurants. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was home away from home. Views from infinity pool and rooftop bar are breathtaking.

Free parking is available. Extremely comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and make you feel welcome as soon as you pull up to the door.

Pampering massage and a 24-hour front desk are available. The hotel was very good. It is close the metro and the sky train station. The breakfast was exceptionally good (all sort of food: local, European, vegan, etc.) The pool and the gym are also OK.
