The very few hotels that has family rooms.

Great location, good breakfast and clean hotel. We were a bit put off by a note threatening to charge us $1000 baht because our child’s sleep diaper leaked mildly on the bed (he’s four and a registered guess). The staff was also less friendly than we had experienced throughout Thailand and eye contact as well as service was only when required/asked.

Marriott’s location was fantastic, within walking distance to many night markets and bazaar.

Location is great! The property is just next to Marriott (a landmark that you won’t be able to get lost) and 1 min walk to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. With a 7-eleven downstairs and a big C supermarket within walking distance (around 5 mins). Beds and pillows are comfortable. Friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable, near the Marriott and Movenpick Suriwongse so in good location. Rooms were quiet and staff helpful.

Superb location within walking distance of main sights in historical centre but in a small street with low traffic so you didn’t get the sound and pollution of other streets. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they really contributed towards our positive experience. Breakfast was delicious, plenty, and with eggs if you asked for them. They also prepared a wonderful breakfast box for our last day when we were leaving early. Complimentary water was provided every day. We loved it and would recommend!

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pleasant atmosphere contributed to my great enjoyment. The owner of the place was very friendly, and the location was excellent.

Playing email very clean, a lot of cleaning constantly, very I preside. Staff at reasonable edition very helpful with my problems booking buses etc

The Housekeeping and Restaurant team were especially kind and accommodating. The pool was great and everyone was very helpful. The afternoon tea was also a great edition. It felt very calm and quiet despite being near main access routes for the city.

Everything was amazing! The property felt like it was brand new. The room was super cute and clean. There was AC, free coffee, water, tea, kettle, bananas, yogurt, toast, and laundry service! Microwave available for use. Stairs only, 3 floors high. Check-in and out was easy. Slippers only here, no shoes inside. This contributed to the cleanliness. Got to keep the slippers! Bathrooms were clean, no rust or old water spots. Honestly the best hotel I've had in SEA so far. The Sunday market is on the same street as hotel, very cool.
