JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort is located a 15-minute drive from Khao Lak Town. Guests can reach Phuket International Airport with a 1.5 hours’ drive. If you are looking for a 5-star experience, I do recommend staying here. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, making most use of the pool, beach and bar area. Drift bar makes great cocktails and has a lovely ambience. Breakfast is super as well! 10/10 would recommend. :)

Among the various facilities are a terrace, a bar, as well as water sports facilities. The accommodation features a kids' club, room service and currency exchange for guests. It’s clean, nice pool area, and the Gigi restaurant is very good. Staff were great from the gate through cleaner.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a kids' club and free WiFi. The place is amazing, gorgeous setting, great gardens. Beautiful rooms. We had a two bed suite that was perfect for the six of us. Swim up room makes everything seem easier too. The breakfast never got boring, we were still finding new things on our last day. We opted for full board which I regret. Too much food! The staff are attentive and lovely. Everything you ask is responded to immediately and with real care. For example when I asked about nuts for my daughters allergies the head chef came out to speak to me personally. Everyone is just so professional and lovely. I’ll be thinking of meandering around that pool for many years to come. I hope we can come back soon!

Above and beyond: Staff, facilities (especially pickle ball/football court, check-in, playroom, room, pool, location (close to beach and also very close to Turtle Village)

Soundproofed rooms at Marriott Resort have private balconies/terraces with views of the garden, pool or ocean. Each is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. A minibar and tea/coffee maker are also provided. For guests' convenience, there is a 24-hour room service. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate her milestone birthday. This hotel is perfect in every aspect. Let me highlight some of the best things: -Checkin was smooth and they upgraded us to a ground floor terrace room, from where you can just walk out to the pool and beach - the rooms were spacious, clean and modern - the beach was the best part. See my photos. Long clean strip of beach, almost private. The water was lovely and the waves were mild. They also have beach surf boards and other toys to rent. - the service at the pool side was phenomenal. They got you cold water and towels as soon as you arrived. Prompt food and drink services. I will thank the extremely polite servers there. - Spa- the highlight of the trip!!! I’ve never been to a better spa in my life. Beautiful couple spa rooms and just extraordinary service. They even gave a cake to cut for her birthday. - food: great breakfast at the buffet restaurant. - pools: 3 very large and nice pools with diffferent layout. - the guests and crowd: all the guests were really good and no one created noise or a ruckus. This is really important in a large resort like this. - M Beach club: really cool place by the beach to have drinks. Again with phenomenal staff. If you wanna go to thailand for a vacation, please chose this. The location is 20 mins north of Phuket airport. Paying beach is about 1 hour south of this resort. You can rent an all day Grab to visit patong.

Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach offers quiet, secluded accommodation within walking distance of Nai Yang’s main beach. It boasts a restaurant and a large lagoon pool winding through the resort. property is a class apart, well maintained and the room which we stayed in was just WOW, the staff are very polite and humble, b/f buffet was outstanding , and everything looked and tasted five-star quality. really worth it
