I would like to give a tribute to the staff member Yasin. It was my wife's birthday and she asked Yasin if he could arrange a cake with her name on it. He did an outstanding job in organizing it, along with singing and bringing it in a festive manner with the rest of the staff. 10 stars to him!!

I liked that they offer a vibrant Turkish breakfast and dinner and it comes with the room which contributes to its lively atmosphere. The pool is nice and big the restaurant staff manager is very nice and friendly. He mingles with the guests and knows pretty much everyone. The hotel accountant was also extremely polite to help us sort out payment and ensured our arrangement to the airport was finalized way ahead of our flight time. The hotel is decent and affordable, close to all the bars, beaches and restaurants. Had a wonderful time.

good facility, and staff are warm /helpful, maintain is good too, good options on drinks/snacks on each bar, restaurant options are cool too, very delicious. great decoration of the special event that we registered love the idea of courtesy room, which allows ppl to have a better preparation before the trip

Its a great property with luxury stay, great food options and always smiling and willing to help staff members. One of the cleanest and new hotels in Lara with lots of entertainment for customers. Decent room sizes with a balcony overlooking the sea. Variety of cuisine options everyday with great quality and taste. I would definitely recommend Concorde if you are looking for an all inclusive hotels and resorts.

The hotel is in a spectacular location, directly overlooking the port where cruise ships come in. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom very good and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the most significant attributes by far were the balcony and truly stunning views overlooking the harbour. It was an absolute delight to watch the ships arrive and depart in the changing light.

The friendly family service was exceptional, beds comfortable, authentic Turkish breakfast in the room or garden. a short walk to The Edition where we were next registered for a wedding. We had three shirts and a pair of pants ironed and returned in less than half an hour!
