The place is spotless from the rooms to the lobby to the facilities. The views from the room we had were amazing. The lu’au was phenomenal. I 10000% will be back to stay again.

Jamy at Nais bar makes the best drinks we had our entire trip and we had plenty. we will 100% be back and hopefully enjoy it just like this time.

The Kona Beach Hotel is within 5 minutes' walk of the Hulihe`e Palace Museum and has seasonal Luaus. LOVED the cold water machines next to the ice machines. This saved us SO much money!! Plus it was a really nice touch. The "key" bracelets are a stroke of genius - waterproof, wearable and difficult to lose - but the BIG plus is that we didn't have to deal with rude, bully parking attendants that we had read about from previous reviews! Mahalo!! The dining room staff were SO welcoming and offered wonderful service - Kudos to Marie, Lani and Mr. Omelette gentleman.
