The bathrooms have rain showers and they're some of the best showers in any hotels I have stayed at. Furthermore, the staff at reception is very accomodating and professional. Finally for the hotel to be just a few blocks away from the Moynihan train hall makes it a great fit for passing through the city and staying the night and then returning to catch the next train.

Super location super staff super views from my room on floor26, highly recommend to anyone travelling to NYC, within short walking distance from Times Sq, The Edge, numerous restaurants/bars/convenience stores. Special note to Gerardine who so gently and efficiently assisted me with the last minute changes before my stay.
