The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us as family, travelling with my disabled brother. The staff during breakfast were so kind and compassionate and sat us in an accessible place as well arranging fpr the lift to be used for him when sat upstairs. The breakfast food options were great too. The rooms, although a little snug were always kept cleaned and maintained well. The lifts all ran very well and efficiently which is sometimes an issue in some of the taller hotels. The location was superb too, allowing for walking distance access to many of New York's main sites. I have been to New York four times now and would definitely come back here again.

The location of this hotel is ideal as only 10 minutes walk to Penn Station/Macy’s and an additional stroll to Times Square. Our room was at the 19th floor out of 21. It was modern, clean and calm. The room isn’t too big but suitable for the 4 of us. The amenities were a good quality. We used the fitness room and was great for a 3 stars hotel. We didn’t take our breakfast at the hotel because at the corner of our street we had more choices and we wanted to enjoy the real New Yorker experience vs. staying for breakfast at the hotel. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Next door there was a pub. We recommend this hotel as it is in the heart of the city and easy access to subways.

This Midtown Manhattan hotel is 643.7 metres away from the Penn Station and is a 8 minutes' walk from Times Square. It features a spacious lobby and an outdoor atrium. Bryant Park is 1.1 km away. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott for 3 nights with our 2-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Times Square, but still tucked away enough to feel a little quieter. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, which made dining out super convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making it easy to travel with a toddler. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to families or anyone wanting to be close to the heart of New York City.
