Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 129 reviews
I had to ask for the voucher to receive the breakfast that I purchased. This should have been provided at check-in. It was confusing because usually you order your food first and then pay at the cash register. So, after waiting to order, I was then told to order at the cash register, where I then needed to go to the back of line, because people moved over after they heard this information. Signage would help. Many hotel guests were also confused.

I thought we were getting 2 queen beds, but instead had 1 bed and pullout couch. was OK, but pull out couch reached all the way to the bed, which was challenging for 3 people, as we put on our registration.
This was my only concern. Great complimentary breakfast, and staff was great.
