The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! They were very accommodating and responsive. Pam was amazing and truly went above and beyond for me and my fiancé when my flight was delayed. The breakfast staff was also a delight. We were greeting warmly each morning by Blessings, and received excellent care from the rest of the staff. Its off the beaten path so very serene and cozy.

Everything about the Westin Cape Town exceeded our expectations, the location was a 12 minute walk from the waterfront which has amazing bars and restaurants as well as up market shops. The food and service at Breakfast and Dinner was stunning served by the most wonderful and friendly staff. All staff members were unbelievably friendly, helpful and contributed to our lovely lovely holiday.
