The Mercure Wien City is a centrally located hotel with a modern ambience, only a few steps away from the historical city centre and the nearest underground station. Hotel was great, great room amenities. Magali in particular was such a great help. I had some last minute changes that required a room change and Magali was so helpful, professional and efficient. Thank you for a great stay.
