Excellent location on a major shopping street, just a few minutes from the restaurant street. The Old Town, Town Hall Square and other places are also within walking distance. The boutique hotel is beautiful and comfortable, located in a grand building. The Privilege Room is spacious, the room has everything you need (including a large TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, ironing facilities). The spacious bathroom has high-quality toiletries, a decent hairdryer, and a mirror with lighting and magnification. Overall, the lighting was cozy. A rich and varied breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff communicates in a friendly and polite manner. Upon arrival at the hotel, a pleasant welcome and a small gift awaited in the room.

Located in central Lyon, Mercure Lyon Centre Saxe Lafayette is 15 minutes' walk from Part-Dieu TGV Train Station. It offers free high-speed WiFi access and a fitness room with an indoor swimming pool.... everything was fine but special mention to the staff. years after years we are going to this hotel and the staff is always extremely helpful. thank you for making our stay always so pleasant.

Just 100 metres from Sans Souci Metro stop, this Mercure hotel is a 10-minute Metro ride from Lyon’s city centre and the Part-Dieu Train Station. It offers stylish rooms with a cinema theme. The hotel has a good ambience, clean and welcoming. Fresh lemonade infused water and water are always available at the reception. Co-working space is available. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom/toilet is spacious. Like the Nuxe brand shower product for shower and shampoo. Within few minutes walk to the nearest metro station Sans Souci. Secured underground parking with passcode reset on a daily basis. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They brought me a ventilator for the room right away. The hotel is pet friendly and we had a surprise gift for my dog.

The Mercure Chambéry Centre is a modern business hotel in the city centre. It is opposite the train station and offers modern and fully soundproofed accommodation. Very comfortable hotel, very welcoming staff who helped me choose a nice room, the room was spacious with armchair and table, small bathroom but well equipped , varied breakfast with lots of homemade dishes , well situated opposite the station but quiet , not far from the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay and whenever i am in Chambery i always stay there. Never disappointed!

The rooms at the Mercure Lyon Est Villefontaine are air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar and coffee maker. All rooms have a private bathroom. Although it was comfortable, it did not match up to the other mercure hotels standards that I have stayed in before. Maybe because we booked an apartment and not individual rooms. Anyway, it wasn't bad at all. No complaints. The staff was very nice and cooperative, the pool was perfect, and the location was great. Great facilities in the room. I will definitely recommend this hotel

This Mercure hotel is located 5 km from the centre of Grenoble and less than 50 km from the nearest summer and winter resorts. Excellent welcome and delicious homemade breakfast!
