The hotel was in an excellent location on a quiet street. The hotel staff was friendly and answered all questions including directions to the train/bus to Venice The room was large (family room with 2 connected rooms), clean and very quiet. The breakfast was good and included a large variety of food (the table was arranged according to the room number). The hotel staff took care and made sure to order a taxi back to the airport.

Everything was according to the Photos on booking; the room was perfect, clean, spacious, the AC is working perfectly, the breakfast delicious and very close to water bus station.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, welcoming staff, there was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. But what is really special about this place is their restaurant, we were lucky to have dinner there and the food was exceptional! Expect to try Michelin star worth dishes at very fair prices. The breakfast holds on to restaurant’s standards. It includes a small buffet with highest quality of the products and eggs cooked according to your preference, my scrambled eggs were just perfect!

The accommodation is in a quiet area. The rooms are nicely furnished. There is a large pool where drinks and food can be served. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied, they can prepare food according to your wishes. All praises, we will come again.

The location was very convenient, the place was decent and the sauna was a nice addition. The showers and bathrooms were very big, and so was the room with a lot of light. The person at the reception was very nice and helpful, excellent English. The housekeeper was very nice and was doing her best according to me, with what she could.

I really loved the style and architecture of that Locanda, warm and cosy feeling in the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was varied and good, in a nice decorated dining room. Very good price for value according to me and the location is pleasant. Walking distance to the centre.

I had 2 bookings but just 1 stay, so I write only one, combined review. Perfect place to stay close to the ferry to the airport, relatively good price (for Venice), comfortable sleep, quiet. A 10-star place, if everything goes according to the usual patterns... (probably applicable to 95% of all bookings).
