Really helpful staff, especially on Reception. Pool was lovely. Big clean downstairs room, well appointed. Good stopping off point on the way to the south coast beeches. Attached restaurant/club had excellent food for relatively little money. We had booked a second stay there on the way back to Sydney, but our plans changed so we had to cancel last minute, but the hotel still refunded us (they didn't have to), which was nice, so I think the staff deserve special mention.

    WE loved the privacy and location of the Motel! The breakfast was also great. The staff always happy and friendly. The only thing we weren't happy with was the mattress. The springs creaked and we both had sore backs. :-( Update the mattresses and the Motel would be perfect!

    Our first overnight stay in Berry - normally we only stop for lunch/coffee - and loved this gem of a motel! High quality, modern and comfortable rooms with wonderful staff and extras. I loved their shampoo so much, I bought some to take home!

    Great staff. Lisa was so nice and welcoming, she was probably the highlight of what could've been otherwise lacklustre. Great location. Being situated on Queen St makes this motel close to everything.
